PROJECT: Scaling Up Quality HIV Care Cascade through Community Engagement and Addressing Human Rights Barriers

TIMELINE: January 2018 – December 2020
MISSION:
To reduce new HIV infections and AIDS-related deaths through the delivery of a comprehensive package of care to PLHIV including pregnant women and KPs.
INTERVENTIONS – 90-90-90:
- Behavioral interventions for Key Populations (KPs)
- Condoms and lubricant programming for KPs
- Sunlight and Moonlight Mobile HIV testing services for KPs
- Enrolment of Positive KPs into HIV care and treatment
- Diagnosis and treatment of STIs for KPs
- Support services for KP survivors of SGBV
- Sustain KPs on treatment and suppress their viral load
- Engagement with Health Facilities and Health Providers
- Community engagement and advocacy on human rights issues
- Partnership/Networking with key stakeholders in the KPs communities.
